Social Media & Email Newsletter Management
As the sales & marketing coordinator at Glacial Gold (a consumer brand under Nextleaf Solutions Ltd, a producer & manufacturer), I managed social media for both entities by creating a social calendar & strategy, led the content creation for visuals & copy, and executed on community management through regular interactions with a variety of audiences (consumers, retailers, & investors).
Social Media
Glacial Gold: Audience was consumers & brands. Content creation was more of a focus due to this audience being very active on social media and receptive to content around product launches, cannabis lifestyle, and cannabis education. Tone was playful, inviting, and educational.
Nextleaf: Audience was investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Much of the social media efforts were focused around press releases, media features, and other official company updates. Tone was corporate, serious, and informational.
Email Newsletters
Nextleaf: I handled the monthly company newsletter to investors, offering a recap of key highlights, press releases, media features, and any product or R&D developments. I used Mailchimp to set up the scheduling, worked with the designer for product renderings, and created the email banner images in Canva.
